Who knew?
Here is a great article on the history of Lindbergh Boulevard. If you're interested in Kirkwood history, you'll love this. It's a well-known story, well, among those of us who read those history books about Kirkwood anyway, but I thought perhaps a refresher might be of interest to some. I can't imagine that Kirkwoodians would have long allowed Kirkwood Road, aka Lindbergh Blvd, to remain named Webster- anything over the years! Heck, I can't even bring myself to call the WK Times that, I nearly always call it the Kirkwood Webster Times! Enjoy!

MISS BUTTS PASSES AWAY
Thank you to Peggy Kramer and Larry Allin from whom I have learned of the death of Miss Butts, English teacher at KHS for over 30 years. You might go here to read her obituary from the Webster Kirkwood Times, aka the Kirkwood Webster Times if you are reading something I wrote! If you scroll down the page you will also see the obituary for the mother of our KHS65 classmate Donna Metzinger Johanpeter. The address I have for Donna is in Warrenton, but no email or phone for her. We send our condolences to Donna and her family.
